Welcome to High Cadence Triathlon Training
The focus of High Cadence Triathlon Training is goal setting and base training for short, medium, or long-distance triathlon. Physical and mental training techniques, along with valuable topics on optimal nutrition and sleep practices, will prepare the athlete for competition at a variety of levels.
High Cadence Coach Jamie Bursell is offering three triathlon training camps in 2018. The Spring Training Camp includes high intensity interval sessions and monthly long endurance swim-bike-run sessions. The Aukeman Training Camp meets eight times in the month of July and once in August and functions as a preparation for the Aukeman Triathlon. All training takes place on the Aukeman course so athletes are comfortable and confident on race day. The Fall High Training Camp meets twice a week from mid-October to mid-December.
